Design and Creation
of Russia Teleport Communication Network Integrated with the CIS and
EC Communication Network 
The main goal:
Development
and creation of Russia teleport communication network operatedon the basis
of satellite channels availability and integrated with theCIS and EC communication
networks.
The project will be resulted in:
- accelerating the process of communications infrastructure
development in the remote regions of Russia
- integration the Russian teleport network into the
CIS and EC teleport network
- studying the newest technologies for design and constructing
the communication network.
Provisional activities of western partners:
Consulting
services, teleport network design, assessment of economicefficiency of
network, staff training, purchase and delivery of key equipmentetc.
