Lab is offering educational technology products as well as computer presentation for business and industry. computer aided learning Lab does research and develops resource-based hypermedia computer-aided learning courseware in different fields - from history of St. Petersburg to Project Management. It is intended for schools, colleges and universities. We use PC-based software such as TOOLBOOK, Animator Pro, 3-D Studio, Power Point, Photo Shop, Corel Draw et al. distance education We use off-line and on-line platform independed open standards of global hyperlink space of Internet for distance education projects within Russia and abroad. We develop new techniques for courseware structuring and design. telecommunications (satellite networks and Internet technologies) Lab is interested in different fields of modern telecommunication activity participating in international projects developing satellite communication for Russia. Lab staff take part in project mangement, market analysis and education activity for this new perspective field. management and consulting Lab also helps different innovation companies in management of projects in the field of new information technologies. The substantial results were obtained during development projects for Admiralty shipyards, St.Petersburg Educational Board and several other Russian companies. Now some new programmes in the field of distance learning and telecommunications are under the project development phase.
