User support

CSA provides local and remote users with the following support:

• Original CONVEX documentation is available from the CSA's library (for local users only)
• Brief tutorial papers are available in HTML (in Russian only).
• Seminars and workshops.
• System and application-level support are available via hot phone line (812) 247 5879, and via e-mail support@csa.ru (preferable). Also you can write an e-mail message to the system group via WWW interface.
• Organization of access to users' conference csa.FAQ (news-server "news.csa.ru").
• Hypertext pages "Frequently Asking Questions" (in Russian only).
• Organization of consultations for users (every Friday, 14.00-18.00, in the System Department rooms.
