The massive-parrallel computer Parsytec CC/16

Parsytec CC/16 is a computer of massive-parallel architecture with separated memory, MIME-technology (Video in MPEG - 2.7 Mb).

Hardware:

• 16 computational nodes containing processors PowerPC 604 (133MHz);
• 2 input/output node;
• RAM:
• 32 Mb for each computational node;
• 64 Mb for each input/output node;
• disk capacity 12 Gb;
• network interface Ethernet (10 Mbs)

Four 4-node sections and eight 2-node or sixteen 1-node sections are available for users.

Software:

Operating system AIX 4.1 and Embedded PARIX, program language compilers C and FORTRAN 77, check-out complex DETOP version 1.1 are installed on the following supercomputer.

Pick performance is 4.2 Gflops.
